One major difference. 1999-2000 (MC 880 mil) Aria was extremely overvalued. 2011 (MC 770 mil) Aria is actually cheap if you ask me. Just need to clear this one big hurdle.

BTW, I don't think our big brothers issues are helping us much today. Mrk failure spill over imo
