Could be, but the funny thing about these pennies is the greed factor. If volume starts pouring in at 0003 (waaayyyy more than currently), some of the 0003 sellers will start thinking to themselves "Hey, maybe I can get 0004...", and so on.

The daytraders and flippers (the good ones at least) will take their 50% gain at 0003 and move on to the next runner.

Lots of other people will hold for higher ground.

It all depends on the volume flow.
