Tivus Files Opinion Letter on OTC Markets to Attain Pinksheets Current Status

OMAHA, NE, Jan 13, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Tivus, Inc. (pinksheets:TIVU),
a provider of turnkey entertainment technology to the hotel and hospitality
industry, in anticipation of becoming Pink Sheets Current, today filed its
attorney's opinion letter opining that counsel, based on the information obtained
from Company officers and other sources, believes the information contained in
the Company's public filings is "adequate current public information" regarding
the Company and its securities.

"I am pleased to report the filing of our attorney's opinion completes the
requirements for Tivus to attain full 'PS' or Pink Sheets Current Information
