Considering after the split, isnt his last PR a form of persuading shareholders to sell off thier stocks? isnt this a form of manipulation on shareholders by his BS lawsuit?

We should have a SEC lawyer investigate his game that he is currently playing and question the Stallion Consulting at the same time. Did everyone vote OK for the split who has restricted shares? Big Question? WHy would they?
