I hear The Citi guys want an equity stake...

Maybe 10-15% of the company - if that's true they think the future is very bright and want a piece. They'll couple it with an IR deal so they can control how the IR is done. This doesn't rule out the Spartan guys - being from Tampa they may be able to have a piece of the deal. The Spartan guys could be valuable because they're local. We could really be sitting on a 3-4.00 stock if all the pieces fall together here.
