On January 7th, 2011 the CEO, on the authority of the Board of Directors, accepted the terms to purchase a 213,000 sq. ft. plant located in Lake City, South Carolina
Iv'e been in contact with the sellers and here is my last Email to them and their reply:

Thanks for the fast reply and info, can you tell me if this warehouse is avaliable now or if there are other offers or is it in a pending sale? I'm mostly just poking around at this point for a warehouse in the 200,000-225,000 sq ft range in Lake City area for a bargain price. Please send me more details on the Palmetto Cotton Warehouse as far as pending sale or offers and also any other warehouse's in this Sq Ft range.
