Right...JD Brown is shown on the site as both President and Chairman of the Board of Directors and that "hasn't changed". NOT. What is the purpose of continuing to make those statements when they are clearly not factual? I listed the URL to the website. The statement you just made is NOT FACTUAL according to the Secretary of State of Nevada's site. The problem is that JD Brown is NOT shown as either Chairman or a director on that site and anyone wishing to determine that for themselves and see for certain false info is being posted can do so by following the link below. THIS is a posting of obvious factual material for any EXPH shareholder interested in those facts and the truth concerning JD Brown's status as listed by the Nevada website:
