Go back and read my posts and you will find plenty of proof for the Huge Naked Short Position on CDIV and the Float Lock Down.

It appears that you are mistaken. I have now read many of your +25,000 posts, and nowhere did I find any "proof" or "DD" for either 1) the existence of naked shorts on CDIV, or 2) that the float is locked up on CDIV.

These claims were made many thousands of times, especially during the days when Monk was actively promoting CDIV on these boards, but no "DD" or "proof" was ever provided.

So, I'd like to make a request: Could you please either re-post your "DD" and "proof" of these claims that nobody seems to be able to find, or could you provide links to your previous posts that contain this "DD" and "proof"?

I appreciate your willingness to share DD about CDIV on these boards.
