So, yes, that is what is being "proposed" in the current plan of reorganization. However, it "is subject to the Bankruptcy Court’s approval" (also as stated in the filing).
At this point it is a proposal and not 100% certain.

And in light of the further hearings plus the opposition by Ashley Furniture, there is room to speculate....
