Thanks so much for your elaborate explanation. As always, your hard work is greatly appreciated.

It appears that one possible solution could be of two folds. NIPRD Board may have to override the management to breathe life into XeChem Nigeria again. The banks have to realize that there is better chance for recovering their money if Niprisan is to be produced and marketed worldwide in a large scale. It means that paying down the debt is NOT their first priority but they will have the repayment once production is up and running. Once they are good to go, we may stand a good chance of moving forward together for ONE common goal. I have just come to grip with the complexity of getting all parties involved on the same page for them to realize that going forward together may be a better alternative than endless law suits and court battles to solve these multi-dimensional problems. Better still, I hope NIPRD board can work out some sort of compromise with the management to function as a team. I can understand why you have been "banging on your head" over these sorts of things.
