you have the share counts wrong
260 million is not the OS of KATX
here is the correct calculation
OS 641 million
float 290 million
insiders 160 million is not in the float
it is in the OS of 640 million
and the 50 million for financing is in the OS too
so the 290 million is trading freely in the market
