Frankly, I see amateures and pumpers on this board and it makes me wonder if they even own the stock....I own a milllion share and I have the right to ask qeustions and get pissed off for losing my money....we know that penny stocks are high risk and not as consistant as the big boys, but still you would expect some transparency from MDHI...I checked Joe Noel on the net and he has a murky reputation just like many penny stock forums and pumpers on the net, and I wouldn't count on his opinion or anything he says either.....has anyone seen the infomercial anywhere?...do they have a celebrity spoksperon?....they wasted all that money for nothing and it is ok for them to dilute the stock more for a second round of infomercials?....I got burned too many times before with other companies doing the same thing "massive dilution" because that's all they do and we end up holding the bag....

GCRC, GOOD JOB for speaking out the facts and not jumping on the non sense cheering bandwagon....Let hope PPS gets up to $5.00 but the way this company is doing business, it will get to .0001 first unless they get their act together.....this is the actual truth and reality, and I know it hurts to hear this...Good luck to all of us real shareholders, and I hope and pray that I am wrong about the whole thing......I had high hopes for MDHI
