I haven't followed this company so I don't have much background. The technologies look interesting and complimentary.

Beyond that I am mostly a value guy and the questions I would have would be is do they expect the acquisition to be accretive on a per share basis and if so in what time frame.

This also has the flavor of a reverse merger rather than an acquisition so I would want the info about the acquiring company their history etc. Without doing deep research and knowing the structure of the deal its just hard to comment much expect to say the marriage seems rational in principle.
