I agree that Boards rarely effect a PPS unless they can get word of mouth going outside the board. Which in most cases is impossible.

The only thing I have seen that would bother me is the SEC & Broker post. It is the only post I have heard about outside of the message boards. It was brought to me as the SEC is investigating QBID because n brokers turned them in.
