ahhh.... OK, I see what you are talking about with RAPT. They merged with Branded Beverages (which is a project I was involved with) and which is how I came to know Ed Litwak. Ed Litwak became the President of RAPT (or GIDDD, as was the name at the time) as a result of the merger. However once I discovered that Ed Litwak was talking money from the corporate account to take his grandchildren to Sea World or to pay for the rent on his house, and other expenditures solely for his personal use, the account was closed down.... the merger with RAPT was then reversed.... and Ed Litwak resigned as President and from the BOD.

I've never been involved in stock before.... and just from this brief encounter with Mr. Litwak, I can honestly say that I never will be. My level of trust was reduced to zero.

I'm simply on here to keep track of the Gucci project - whereby I suspect that I am the victim of a scam of Mr. Litwak .... and I intend to find out the truth.
