i've been watching this stock since the big Stock transaction this summer. i've also tried to contact the company recently and was unsuccessful. i feel this is a good company but i have had my doubts since they failed to file and most all their email addresses are down.

i recently sold a bunch of shares, wish i had waited a day or two until you guys all showed up. haha. but i wonder if thats what brought attention here.
