The company is growing rapidly - of course liabilities increased. Liabilities fund performing assets. Id rather have debt funding growth than equity/dilution. Returns in excess of cost of capital go straight to profit, and fund future growth assets. Look at debt to equity. This is an incredibly unlevered company.

Pretty basic business principles really.
