I agree, and i am "concerned" not disallusioned... I realize the confines that this company is under; whether it is truly from the SEC or some form of Litigation, is yet to be seen. I realize that if in a similar situation, discretion and security are priority one. Shareholder value means everyone wins (Ideally of course), but also requires that the same situation DOES NOT occur again.

On any stance one takes on SAEI, they truly must consider ever angle and stake holder involved here.
