Of course the Equator is the company having premptions rights,this is the motif we are negotiating with them and we may enter into PSC with them,neverthless this situa tion ,they will have a time frame to indicate technical partner with technical acapacity and financial capability(vide Petroleum Law), otherwise the contract may be considered void and null.
