The obvious answer is that it is someone who got these shares cheaper than this price because if it isn't that scenario then it is someone who believes they can short this and are doing it to break this bid support at .0014...just as they have now.

A couple of million more just exchanged hands...now up to 13.162M in volume.

Maybe it's Beer selling his alleged millions for a loss out of spite.
