HEALTH...I'm just reading the tea leaves, it is not a "guess", just so you understand where that PPS target comes from. The point is that we are capable of hitting it within the parameters of Technical Analysis. Whether or not we climb to that level is something no mortal knows for now....it is getting interesting though, don't you think?
