In my opinion I believe all the paperwork is not up to the moment and tho the hiring of Price Water Cooper was a plus, time is needed to get all the quarterly reports up to snuff......if that condition does in fact exist then I could see the reluctance of buyers to get in the stock....One cannot deny that the contracts signed in the last 2 months ( if true) cannot but be a big boost to the stock price by the end of the year......also, the second half of the production facility will be finished and on-line by then......we'll have to wait and see
