I would expect this lawsuit will be dismissed quickly. There is no evidence at all that Dean Janes committed any offenses. Basically, what you are saying is you don't like the way things turned out, therefore Janes must have committed a crime. What is not present is anything that does not have a logical, alternative explanation. Just because things don't end up the way you want doesn't mean a crime was committed.
