Right so they can do more dilution to fund what ever they are trying to do. It is only an artificial rise in the PPS. And BTW a 20:1 RS is pretty HUGE in my book. Any RS is bad as far as I am concerned, I don't care how you try and paint it the results to the share holders is the same and it is not good. Good for the company maybe, bad for the share holders and their potential return. If you were being paid to be on the other side of the fence you would be all over this and you know it. I'm getting screwed and I don't like it.
