Oil and Gasoline prices vrs being FULLY INVESTED...

Everyone seems to miss same two facts about oil prices... Industrial use of oil is a factor in the pricing of product but not it's profitability... Energy prices are part of the products produced and are global in thier application... Oil prices are the same worldwide,, therefore the price of oil is almost a non issue because all product produced contains the same amount of petroleum product...Polyesters are an example and competitive pricing of product is influenced by labor and not raw materials... China costs are the same for raw materials from oil as are the costs here at home... Auto use from the cost per gallon has actually come down on a miles per gallon cost... My Corvette gets 32 miles per gallon on the highway at 65 MPH... And it is not considered an economy car... Mandated MPG efficacy have reduced driving cost over the years even when including the increased price of gasoline.. Oil prices are not the political football as once portrayed because the rise in oil prices have not caused the economic discrepancy as once thought... If product costs contain the same components worldwide that ingredient (oil) has no effect on it's profitability...Try buying tee shirts at Walmart and you will find manufacturing from 3'rd world that even China can't compete with... These 3'rd world producers lack natural resources as basic as water...Oil in this case is a cost of materials common to all producers and the products final price is it's fixed price raw materials plus it's manufacturing process with labor being the highest variable... As for what percentage to be invested... I am close to being 100% invested and over 70% is now in oil related stocks...The value of my positions will continue to have high betas but as long as Wall Street analysis continue to base thier projections on below $40.00 oil I feel confident that my positions real earnings will exceed any projections... hank
