Yea imo im not sure how much more it could fall if it did fall, the buying surge started at .024 as soon as the news released. From .024 to .03 there were only a handful of shares traded. if this goes down to the .03ish range theres not going to be many shares available and buyers will have their buys in.

9.9 million FLOAT! SAE* had 40 mill and went to .93 on pure speculation.
