The bottom line here is that the deal is not done from the shareholder's perspective until the money is transferred. No one who isn't an insider can say with 100 percent certainty that it will be transferred. Then of course we need to see the actual terms of the deal. Will they match up with the expectations?

I wonder what kind of excuse they'll come up with if the money isn't transferred by the 15th????
