Now, we are talking.......... Will the real Mr. Marshall stand up?

Reading this post, I am convinced even more that Nodummy wasn't talking to the real Mr. Marshall. Just someone posing as him. The last thing Mr. Marshall would want to do is to leave a paper trail for anyone to follow, not just for the feds, but for the thugs he has burned.

Also, the Naked shorts do exist, especially in offshore accounts,
still today. I don't care what all the books say as far as short positions. The system is so antiquated, there are obviously loophooles and crooked brokers for many to abuse it. Just likes Swiss bank accounts. No diff. I don't care about the delivery nonsense too.

There are so many criminals in this story and it is not just company, insiders, etc. Who are the real criminals here?

Marshall used to also do business with Red Sea Management in Costa Rica, now defunct I believe after the FBI raid. Marshall had an account there for naked shorting, he is a master at this.

Many names have been thrown about and still no one, absolutely no one knows what is really going on here. A lot of finger pointing.
