They must have a ballbark amount of 300,000 tons processed and awaiting shipment by now. Maybe the buyer offered to cover all trucking and shipping costs.. Just speculating as to what kind if carrot would make it worth locking in for a year, over the possibile rewards of the future spot prices. What if the buyer agreed to making a couple payements in advance, so CWRN could do the buyback now + pay off equipment.. maybe they got the shares back they paid for previous financing. That would be big.
What ever happens this is going to be one of the biggest stock wins of 2011.
