YOU HAVENT A CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, SO WHY BOTHER POSTING?

Except you will lose the power of holding a large quantity of shares and the PPS will probably not move as easy for big gains as it could have. Plus the company can just dilute all over again. Rinse and Repeat, screw the share holders over hard.
