The OS in acad are at approx 39.3 million and the new PP is at 12.57 shares and yes you get 51.87 million shares . That's the OS shares . The float is less . I do not believe the pp shares can be sold right away . I will wait to see the sec filing . But acad did not do this deal so that two firms could flip their shares . Also acad is going to report a profit of .69 cents for the qtr ending 12.31.2010. They will also be in the back for the year . The number is about 32-33 cents per share for the entire year . Now this is cash from bvf that was deferred income and will be booked as rev in the 4 th qtr. I do believe the pp shares must be held for one year ....imo ...the sec filing is due out anyday. The trend is still up . Good trading . Imo only . I am long .
