am not trying to be a smart ass but why wouldn't they utilize the service if it was free and not see the benfits



But could you be anymore presumptuous with the above remark and the one that follows?

You have got to get it across to the potential customers we don't mind letting you have a x amount of time but its is of no value to you or us if your customers don't get informed of type your company and text GO800 and see what your your customers think of the service.



Why would you think that well over 100 Ambasadors, Ike and other direct Go800 employees would repeatedly overlook over the course of 8 months, and thousands of conversations and emails with prospects, the very obvious points you raise?
