So you lied when you told dndneph that there would be no more dilution,IMO. You have diluted the company from ~30MM shares in 2006 to 5 billion now. You added another 900MM shares recently. You are up to your ears in debt. You let the company go from reporting to pink with a stop sign. You have been telling shareholders for the past three years that "you have an agreement, in principle, with the NIR group and still nothing. You are behind on your filings. You are stuck Joe and will need to do a reverse. Maybe you should declare bankruptcy and take the company private. So where am I wrong Joe, Where are my facts wrong. Don't look to me for your troubles, look in the mirror!
