The dudes running the show were right by his side while it was goin down. Mel Robinson could be CEO because he's a convicted felon with a long scam history. He got handed control when Humphries left and personally appointed the present Board of Directors.

Everyone reading this sht on this board hopes the do prove an NIR fraud but don't count on it. Humphries best route is to get in touch with prosecutors and tell his story. Cut a deal. That may or may not happen depending on if he feels the boys turned on him just like Dworkin felt. Feelings seem to change as you're bein sentenced.

As far as NIR and any other companies go, it all depends on the note language. Any proof that NIR shorted any company will stop legit companies from converting shares. NIR will have the choice to go back to court in all cases if the choose to take that route. It's pretty clear that you don't have a handle on how companies funded by NIR would handle their own situation. You seem to think that if NIR is found guity of fraud so will the funded companies. In the case of ECMH I'm not clear what fraud you're claimin. You need to be more clear in your claim. we've looked at the Humphries Systems Evolution HLNT docs provide to the court as well as his admitted securities fraud deals with the under cover FBI dudes.
