Those shares were created after Humphries fell for the STING operation. Note in the court docs of the last 5 days that a bid obligation/liability is being set up for Director Foster. The claim is that Humphries forged Fosters sig on various tranactional docs. Don't believe it. Not sure if you even care anymore. If you do you'll soon see how the Foster claims and the 100 million preferred shares he and the other directors established come into play. !0,000 of those shares give the directors super voting rights that negate any shareholder vote. In some case that's not a bad thing. It's the remaining 999,999,990 preferred shares that convert to common at 1 preferred for 10 common that are the ones to watch. There is only one reason for those shares to exist. They were created behind closed doors by a group that has PR'd their promise not to increase the AS above the present 2 billion shares and be completely transparent. The directors also voted in language that enables them to not report the issuance of those preferred shares. I've known quite a bit more about these dudes and the technology than I've ever made known. The recent NIR Group news and lawsuite naming HLNT has opened that door a bit. The hard time I gave you in the past was not personal. In fact it was to help direct you and other to dig a bit deeper into those you were defending. The company is now controlled by Mel Robinson who is even worse than Humphries whom he directed in the past.
