It becomes clearer now why the dilution occurred when it did, seemingly most unopportune time then, but plans are not about the here and now, something like this has to be planned and orchestrated when all the pieces are in place. 50 million shares is a LOT, a large percentage of the company, right now 12.5% more or less, I suspect it has more reason than additional programmers but not against that at all.
