I owned CCTR when it was at .0233 back in April 2010. Seemed like they were putting out PR once a week. Got out a month latter when it dropped to .0137 even with the constant PR. Just for fun I've been back to check it out a few times. Looks like it dropped like a rock. If it hit's trip 0's it may be a good time to buy back in?

Lesson learned - don't buy penny stocks when they are in the pennies, because CEO's will dilute the hell out of it until there is nothing left in the PPS. All my own opinion - GLTA
