Nik I claim Humphries is guilty.

He did work with NIR. As a part of the present HLNT prior to falling for a share STING opperatio. He has plenty of info on the NIR/Systems Evolution HLNT manipulations. His name is now being used by the remaining HLNT directors to establish a liability to director Charles Foster. You post that I claim he's innocent. Let me straighten you out. I believe he's a guility as can be but has information that can fry bigger fish and both he and prosecutors should use that information for their respective best interests. In the mean time we'll be watchin those Humphries left behind at HLNT where the NIR emails and plan originated.
