I have done a little readin. HHHI is 70% owned by HLNT formally named Ststems Evolution. 30% owned by Foster. A deal done between Humphries and Foster. Mel Robinson was given control of HLNT and personally appointed the present Board of Directors. That BOD includes Robinson and Foster. Robinson was also part of the Humphries Systems Evolution management team during the HHHI Foster deal. The usual cast of characters in the Robinson games are from Western Arkansas city of Farmington area. Read the links I've posted for more on that. The present CEO a dude name coats was brought in by Robinson. A search on him shows that he is a local Farmington, Arkansas plumber. A great choice Robinson made in his CEO search.
