Act Teleconferencing Inc (fka ACTT)

I was talking to a friend about ACT Teleconferencing, and he pointed out something really interesting. He said Channel Partners Conference being held in Las Vegas in March, is a big event where companies do business. And we know ACT Teleconferencing will have a booth here (please refer to the DD post here for details: http://jascom110.blogspot.com/ So his point was that the timing of going public is very curious, just before that big event, could they be a buy out candidate or using the platform for a big announcement? I found that to be interesting and figured I should ask for opinions here.
