TSTC - Who is Forensic Factor? If a halt is coming, then you have to get in now if you want to get any future bounce, but I doubt anyone wants to play this if they have to risk a halt and then wait it out with their capital locked up. May be worth it though.

I'm on the sidelines, I personally don't like the name.
