I agree I'm trying to locate an avenue to find out the answer, I may have to talk to a lawyer. Checking through google re: blank check governance, shell company governance, etc. SEC website and others.

I'll keep on this too ... I am also going to send a letter through snail mail to corporate HQ to see if they are required to answer inquiries submitted in writing. Maybe a few others could do so as well.
