TSTC question WHY would TSTC wait 7 years to pump #'s ? which coincides with China Telecoms buildout why not make up #'s from day 1 ? why not dilute year after year like every other china co. ??? 1 single raise in 7 Years for a tiny 1.675 mill shares I guess if they are a fraud they certainly are the most patient scamsters in stock history....
