Why would SUSMAN ever want the opposition to know what he knows?

Keeping them in the dark is his plan and they are executing it to a tee!!!

SUSMAN is waiting for the Debtors to state a value of the estate so as to hang them later when it is determined to be a much higher value(BK FRAUD).IMHO
