Thanks. The O/S went up (not unusual, unfortunately), however, the key to me is that the entire increase seems to be restricted.

The increase in restricted shares combined with the recent, unstoppable buying surge could bode a number of things. Possibly, it's just coincidental, and the shares are given to new employees.

However, to speculate, the restricted could be in the form of a partnership and financing--perhaps there is even a clause to buy shares off the market. Anyway, that is all complete speculation, but we have not seen persistent buying like this for half a year or more. Just hope it is something more sustainable than a pump and dump. Cheers~
