another couple of issues you don't seem to understand here TRON I never had Preffered shares nor was I ever an employee of PHGI we have been through this before and you seem not to understand that issue.

You however were an employee of PHGI and never disclosed that! GLTY

Also again they bought the shares they just had the ledgends removed without Permission.. Happens all the time in RED D offerings of pink sheet stock.

I ask you again who sold those shares in the first tense? Right JOHN H. BEEBE
