TRON one other thing here... They didn't steal those shares THEY BOUGHT them from John H. Beebe for a discount to the market! No where in the SEC filing did it say they "stole" those shares. They just got the legend removed off of them and sold them before maturing. Nothing about stealing.

Now who should have been paying attention to that issue?

Oh ya that would be the CEO of PGHI at that time.. JOHN H. BEEBE!
