I'm on your side. However, I feel there needs to be more responsibility by people that know they are heavily followed and depended upon (unfortunately) for their interpretations. That's why I can say that Bopfan is an excellent legal interpreter but it was and is down right irresponsible and reckless of her to keep telling people commons are going to $40-80 based on a correct interpretation of the law.

Edit: which is why Catz is probably the best poster I read IMO, b/c he'll never opine about pps. He explains the law and all the options objectively allowing readers to make their own opinion.
