Company states renvenues will start flowing in Q3 and they want to get off the pinks as soon as possible.

Do your DD and at the very least, you will have to come to the conclusion that this is no scam. Being a pink of course, the PPS is going to get jerked around, so trade with extreme caution. Eventually though, the value of the company will be reflected in the pps.
