Right On. I feel great with this Co
Mr. Quick has a strategy
Both for the company and the stock and his strategy doesn't include shenanigans.

Anyone can see that mr. Quick is intellegent, responsive, & generally a nice person.
Check his professional response to my three line inquiry....

Dear

Thanks for the kudos.   We have been fighting an uphill battle as we have worked to clean up the company these past 18 months and have made progress, but it has been slower than we would have liked.

With respect to a broader awareness of our stock in 2011, we believe awareness will improve with company performance.  Our goal for 2011 is to complete the corporate clean-up process and finally produce a legitimate pre-tax profit from its operations.  That will permit normal market fundamentals to take over and fuel long-term share value.  As profits and cash flow improve, we will use any extra cash we produce to reduce debt on the balance sheet and for marketing to grow the business.  We will not schedule any stock promotion activities other than the occasional press release until we attain this goal.

With respect to transferring shares from the authorized to free trading, while we would not rule out any options, barring unforeseen circumstances, we do not anticipate this.

With best wishes for our shared great success in 2011, I am

Sincerely yours,

Bob Quick

Mr Quick
The 3Q-2010 looked good- Thank you for the hard work.

Do you foresee any chance of a broader awareness for our stock in 2011?  (Ive seen recent commentary that questions if management is aware they are publicly traded)

Barring unforeseen circumstances; Do you foresee the need to transfer shares from the Authorized to freely trading in 2011?

Respectfully,
